船舶主机缸套冷却水系统的建模与动态仿真

摘    要:船舶主机冷却水系统是保障船舶主机正常稳定运行的重要辅助系统,为了优化和充分发挥船舶主机冷却水系统的性能,需要了解它在工作时的热力动态过程.利用传热学的相关理论,对船舶主机缸套冷却水系统的传热进行了分析,给出了系统的热力动态数学模型.并且考虑了水温的变化对主机缸套水冷却器传热系数的影响,提高了模型的精确度.然后利用SIMULINK工具对系统进行了仿真,对仿真结果的分析表明,仿真结果基本符合系统实际工作情况,从而表明模型是正确的.为下一步的控制研究打下了坚实的基础.
