| Abstract: | Conflict-controlled processes with a cylindrical terminal set are considered. The method of resolving functions is used to
obtain sufficient conditions of game termination in a guaranteed time in a class of stroboscopic strategies. These conditions
are expressed as star-shapedness in certain cones or convex-valuedness of special multivalued mappings. A functional form
of first direct Pontryagin method is derived.
