摘    要:分析了大批量定制生产模式下产品报价的特点,提出了需求特征变量、需求交互视图等概念.通过建立报价规则以及产品需求特征变量与产品模块相应报价间的映射,实现了基于规则的快速报价方法,并应用于电梯产品报价中。

Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of product quotation in mass customization, this paper presents a concept of request-characteristic variable and request-interaction view. Through establishment of quotation rule and the mapping between request-characteristic variable and quotation of product module, a rule-based quotation method is put forward, which is a new quotation method for mass customization. The method has been applied in elevator industry and obtained satisfactory result.
