串扰延迟变化曲线的分析计算

摘    要:在串扰噪声及互连线延迟研究的基础上,分析了串扰延迟的本质以及串扰延迟变化曲线的计算问题;深入探讨了串扰延迟变化曲线和串扰噪声的关系,指出两者并不存在镜像关系,最大串扰延迟变化并不一定对应于串扰噪声尖峰值;研究了几个重要参数对串扰延迟变化曲线影响的灵敏度.全SPICE模拟结果说明了文中分析的正确性和准确性.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of crosstalk noise and interconnect delay, in this paper, we analyze crosstalk delay and crosstalk delay change curve. We point out that it is not always true that the maximum crosstalk delay change occurs in the time corresponding to the crosstalk noise peak, and the crosstalk noise can't be seen as a mirror image of the delay change curve(DCC). A sensitivity analysis is taken to determine how important several parameters are to DCC generation. The SPICE simulation results confirm the accuracy of our analysis.
