| 摘 要： | 针对邮局业务的自动化，信息化，设计了给扰函件的自动登单片系统，基于图像处理和模式识别的理论，提出了一种图像分割方法，实验结果表明，该方法比较成功地实现了复杂的信封背景下有用信息的提取和存档。
