摘    要:根据国外先进仿真优化理念,提出了一种面向制造系统的仿真优化平台,构建了基于模型与算法分离的仿真优化系统框架以及仿真优化与虚拟建模环境子系统,并设计了一种新的基于遗传算法的混合优化算法用于驱动仿真优化引擎.在以上研究成果的基础上,开发了面向制造系统的仿真优化平台——Simopt.最后,通过实例验证了该系统的有效性.

Abstract:The paper puts forward a simulation optimization platform oriented to manufacturing system, and builds up its framework based on the model and algorithm separation principle. Besides, the simulation optimization subsystem and the virtual modeling environment subsystem are also introduced in the paper, and a new hybrid optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is brought forward to drive simulation and optimization engine. Based on the study above, a simulation optimization platform called SimOpt system oriented to manufacturing system is developed. Finally, an example is given in the paper to validate the system.
