摘    要:提出一种基于网格简化的三角网格参数化方法,该方法通过构建并参数化边界三角网格来自动完成复杂三角网格边界的参数化,然后通过一系列局部计算完成网格内部点的参数化.采用该方法得到的参数值可较好地反映三角网格的特性,而且计算具有较高的效率.

Abstract:We present a parameterization approach based on mesh simplification The approach includes three main steps: first, we construct a boundary polygon triangulation by interpolation to boundary points, and then, in the second step we parameterize boundary points by simply flattening the boundary polygon triangulation Finally, interior points are parameterized by a series of vertex split operators The approach can parameterize triangular mesh automatically and naturally Moreover, the generated parameterization reflects the triangulation well Since all of the calculation is locally processed, the algorithm runs in high efficiency
