| 摘 要： | 文中首先阐述了高校在整合信息资源方面存在的问题．然后介绍了WebService体系结构以及WebService的服务协议．最后提出了一个基于WebService的高校资源管理平台的设计方案．并对方案的关键部分进行了研究。
