摘    要:针对复杂多变的交叉路口交通流信号灯控制问题设计了一种基于感应式车辆检测技术的多相位智能交通控制器.该控制器支持6种控制算法,可实现8种工作模式,能满足大部分复杂类型交叉路口的控制需求.同时,控制器具有绿冲突和故障检测功能,以及在故障情况下的降级处理机制,从而在最大程度上保证交通的安全和畅通.提出了一种基于车辆等待长度的单路口多相位交通信号灯自适应控制策略,该算法在保证交通畅通的情况下,使车辆延误时间尽可能的短.该控制器目前已在杭州等地进行了实际应用,结果令人满意.

Abstract:A multi-phase intelligent traffic controller based on inductive vehicle detection technology is designed to resolve complex intersection traffic signal control problems. With six control algorithms and eight operation modes, this controller can meet control requirements of most complex types of intersections. Also, the controller has the func- tions of green-conflict detection, fault detection and degradation mechanism under fault conditions, so the controller can ensure traffic safe and smooth in most cases. A single-intersection multi-phase traffic signal self-adaptive control strategy based on vehicle queuing length is proposed. The algorithm ensures traffic smooth and makes vehicle delay as short as possible. The controller has been practically applied in Hangzhou and other cities, and the results are satisfactory.
