新型农村合作医疗信息管理系统研究

新型农村合作医疗信息管理系统对于实现基金有效监管和推进完善新型农村合作医疗制度有重要意义。本文研究了新型农村合作医疗管理信息系统的业务模型与流程，提出了C／S／S三层网络架构，使用Oracle进行了数据库设计。并介绍了数据标准，最后进行了系统数据库和安全设计。

Research on New Rural Co-operative Medical Information Management System

The new rural co-operative medical information management system has important significance for effective supervision over the fund and perfect of the system.This paper studies business model and process of the new rural cooperative medical management information system, and puts forward the three layer C/S/S network architecture, designs database with Oracle.What＇s more, this paper introduces the data standard, and finally makes database and safety design of the system.
