摘    要:本文借助文本挖掘及其相关技术,针对航海领域,建立了一个基于Web的学术热点发现模型。该模型可对Web上所发表的科技论文进行内容挖掘,从而发现航海领域某一段时期内的学术研究热点。模型中运用自然语言处理技术对文本内容进行分词、句法和语义分析等处理;建立模糊聚类算法对文本进行聚类,进而获得航海领域的研究热点。该模型也可扩展用于发现其他领域的研究热点问题。

Abstract:With text mining and related technologies,an academic hot spot discovering model based on Web Mining was established.The model can make content mining on the papers published on the Web,and find the academic research focus in the field of navigation during a certain period.Natural language processing technology was used to segment the word in the text content,to analyze the syntax and semantics.So the key characteristics of capacity of paper was extracted;A fuzzy clustering algorithm was builded for text clustering,and then the hot research spots was got in the field of navigation research.
