| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前垃圾短信愈演愈烈的情况,提出了一套具有可行的垃圾短信拦截系统建设方案,分别对省内垃圾短信拦截和省间垃圾短信拦截提出了一套方案,并对拦截策略提出了详细的方案,对建设垃圾短信拦截系统具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | We put forward a series of feasible projects on spam message interception system,including a intra-provincial one and a inter-provincial one, with view to defend and suppress the soaring problems. Besides,the specific plan we propose for valid interception will be of paramount significance for the corresponding system construction. |
