摘    要:近年来食品安全事件频繁发生,而运用监控、预警、追踪、追溯等技术在食品生产的关键环节上进行的质量监控是有效保障食品质量安全的重要手段。本文通过运用射频识别技术与二维码技术,构建了一种农产品可追溯系统,并给出了具体的系统设计方案。该系统不仅为消费者提供了详细的农产品信息,而且为企业的生产管理和农产品的质量监控提供了良好的操作平台。

Abstract:In recent years food safty frequently occurred,and the quality monitoring on key links of food production with the techniques of surveillance,early warning,tracing and tracing back are validated key tools in guaranteeing the securities of food quality.A design of the traceability system for the entire processes of agricultural product based on RFID and Two-Dimensional code technology are put forward.A concrete design scheme is put forward.The system based on RFID not only provides the details about the agricultural product for the consumers,but also provides the good operation platform for the production management and the agricultural product quality safety monitoring.
