| 摘 要： | 本文分析了终端管理业务出现的必要性，它能让运营商更方便、有效、快捷地对用户终端进行远程管理。介绍了终端管理业务在客户服务、运营支撑和营销管理三个类别的十个基本功能。展现了终端管理的基本业务流程和系统实现，该系统采用Struts框架和MVC设计模式，通过B／S（浏览器／服务器）结构实现。最后对终端管理的发展前景进行了简要分析介绍。
