基于WebGIS的开封市电子地图系统设计与实现

WebGIS技术是WWW技术和Internet应用于GIS开发的产物,是实现GIS互操作的一条最佳解决途径。基于MapGIS的WebGIS系统实现的主要功能是电子地图的网上发布,在对地图"数字化"的基础上,实现放大、缩小、漫游、更新、全图显示、鹰眼等基本操作,以及查询、分层显示、计算距离和面积等功能。本系统以MapGIS为二次开发平台,MapGIS-IMS工具包提供了一系列ASP函数和Java文件,开发者可以在这些函数的基础上进行IMS的扩展编程,实现WebGIS的研究与开发。

The Design and Application of Kaifeng City Digital Map Based on WebGIS

The technology of WebGIS is the production of GIS exploitation applying to WWW and Internet technology and the best way to carry out GIS interoperation.The main function of the WebGIS system based on the MapGIS platform implement is to issue the digital map on the Internet,and realize many operations on the base of digital map such as zoom in,zoom out,pan,identify,replacement,eagle eye,query,view the map layer,calculate the distance and area on the map,etc.The element of this system can be describe as the following items： MapGIS-IMS tool box provides a series of ASP functions and JAVA files taking MapGIS as the secondary platform,the programmer can make extended IMS programme on the base of these functions and implement the research and exploiture of WebGIS.Considered ＂the empolder of WebGIS based on MapGIS platform＂ has been completed basically,the arcticle will discuss the design and function implement of this system mainly.
