| 摘 要： | 本文为了设计一个通用化网络视频监控平台,提供一套具有实时性、实用性、易操作性、高可靠性、可维护性的视频监控管理系统。从监控系统的功能原理出发,结合当前监控系统技术的最新发展,综合运用媒体视频技术、计算机网络技术。该设计方案将传统的视音频及控制信号数字化,以IP包的形式在信道上传输,并实现了本地和远程的集中监控、集中管理。

| Abstract: | In order to design a generalized video surveillance network system which has real-time nature,practicability,easy operability,high reliability,maintainability.Based on the function and the principle of the Monitoring System and the latest technology development,and by integrated the use of video technology,computer networking technology.The system digitizes video,audio and control signals of traditional system.The signals transmit on the channel in the form Of IP packets.It also realized local and remote centralized control and management. |
