车轮定位参数微辅助测量系统

摘    要:介绍一种新型汽车车轮定位参数的微机测量系统。该系统采用8031单片微机为主机,可完成车轮定位参数、转向轮最大转角、方向盘转角范围及自由行程的自动测量及显示、打印输出;绘制阿克曼特性曲线和转向系角传动比特性曲线,还可对轮辋及夹角“摆差”进行自动补偿。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new type microcomputer 8031 aided measuring system for the vehicle wheel alignment parameters. with the system, the wheel alignment parameters,the maximal steering angle, the ruming range and the steering free distance can be automatically measured,displayed and printed out; the Ackermann curve and steering angle ratio curve can be plotted and the"run-out error " of wheel hub and its fixture can also be compensated.
