稀土萃取过程监控系统的开发与实践

摘    要:实时监控对稀土萃取生产过程的优化控制具有重大意义。采用CAN(Controller Area Network)控制器局域网总线和组态王软件技术,开发了稀土萃取分离生产过程的监控系统,实现了生产车间与监控中心的计算机控制系统通信。开发了过程管理和过程控制两层结构的稀土萃取分离生产综合自动化监控系统。

Abstract:It is important for realizing optimal control to supervision and control of rare-earth extracting separation process. Controller area network and Kingview software is introduced in this paper. Software and hardware used to realize communication the PC of monitoring center and production department device. The integrating automation system based on two-layer configuration£-management and control in rare-earth extracting separation process is developed.
