基于DMC的循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统设计

摘    要:循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统是一种纯滞后、大延迟、强耦合的系统。而多变量动态矩阵控制对模型精度要求不高,对惯性、延迟和耦合的适应能力较强,且有很强的鲁棒性,因此,把多变量动态矩阵控制用于循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统。仿真结果表明,该系统响应速度较快,输出量和控制量变化较小,取得了比较满意的控制效果。

Abstract:The burning control system of circulating f1uidized bed boiler is one kind of pure time delay,the big detention,the close coupling system.The demanding of multivariable dynamic matrix controls in model is not high but has better adapt to such delay,detention and coupling and has more stronger robust;so it is used in the burning control system of circulating f1uidized bed boiler.The simulation indicated that this system response is quickly,the change of output and the control quantity was small has obtained a satisfactory control effect.
