摘    要:针对随钻测量设备需求日益增大,本文在分析随钻测量系统工作原理的基础上,设计一套由三轴加速度计、三轴磁阻传感器与三轴陀螺仪组成的随钻测量系统。以DSP为控制核心,采用先进的MEMS芯片,同时采取相应的抗干扰、误差修正、温度补偿等改善性能措施。结果表明,系统具有测量精度高、稳定性好、适应能力强等优点。

Abstract:According to MWD equipment needs growing, based on analyzing MWD system works,the paper designed a MWD system ,which consists of three-axis accelerometer,three-axis and three-axis gyroscope.On the control core of DSP, a advanced MENS chip and some anti-jamming , error correction and temperature compensation measures of improve performance are adopted for design. The results show that the system has high accuracy, good stability, strong ability to adapt.
