自主型300MW循环流化床机组协调控制优化

摘    要:介绍自主型300MW循环流化床机组协调控制策略,在使用AGC功能时经常因主汽压力过高或偏差大而退出,不能满足AGC的考核要求,对其在运行中存在的问题进行分析,通过在锅炉主控中的使用基于自整定的PID增益调度控制器,修正汽机主控的"压力拉回"功能的参数和增加煤质热量校正回路,使机组负荷控制指标满足南方电网AGC功能的要求。

Abstract:Coordination control strategies optimization of 300MW CFB power units were introduced, The application of AGC function are often failed because of high main steam pressure and big deviation. This can not meet the requirement for AGC control strategies. Make an analysis of the exited problem in the operation, by using fuzzy feedforward controller and self-adaptive PID gain coordination controller in boiler main control, modify the function parameter "pressure pull back" of Turbine Master and add corrective loop of coal quantity of heat, this load control index of power units can meet the AGC function requirement from CSPG(China Southern Power Grid).
