| 摘 要： | 针对AG4自动变速器换档质量的现行控制方式不足之处，设计了AG4自动变速器的换档质量的控制方法，制定了新的换档过渡过程结合元件的油压变化规律。采用模拟杠杆法建立了AG4自动变速器的动力学运动方程。应用MATLAB／Simulink软件对AG4自动变速器23（32）档换档进行了仿真。仿真结果表明，AG4自动变速器换档质量摔制采用新油压变化规律控制时，输出轴角加速度和冲击度的变化的幅值明显减小，降低了换档过程的冲击度，使换档过程平稳，换档质量有了明显的提高。 |
