| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了基于S7-400／300PLC系统，对汉钢2#高炉的自动化控制进行改造，阐述了系统硬件构成、软件配置，如何实现高炉配料、送料工艺过程自动化和炉膛温度控制，通过人机操作界面实现了高炉集中监控，大大提高了冶炼过程自动化程度和节能环保高效。
