蓝宝石高温传感光纤的生长

摘    要:本文采用自制的激光加热浮区生长(LHPG)装置,研究了用于高温传感器探头的蓝宝石单晶光纤的生长特性及性能.结果表明,蓝宝石单晶光纤的品质取决于其生长工艺条件.文中给出了生长蓝宝石单晶光纤的最佳工艺参数.

Abstract:With the help of LHPG(laser heated pedestal growth) device made by ourselves, the growing characteristics and properties of sapphire single crystal fiber for high temperature sensor are studied in this paper. The results show the properties of sapphire single crystal fiber are determined by its growing technological process, the best growing tectnological parameters for sapphire single crystal fiber are given in this paper.
