摘    要:重金属离子对人类产生了极大危害.基于平面印刷技术的电化学传感器由于其便于大规模生产、重复性好、成本低已引起人们的广泛关注.我们采用丝网印刷技术制备了以碳为工作电极和对电极、Ag/AgCl为参比电极的三电极系统,结合微分脉冲溶出伏安技术(DPASV),实现了多种离子的同时检测(Cu,Pb,Zn),并对溶出条件进行了优化.该电极具有很好的灵敏度和精度,检测限达×10-9,并对污水中的重金属离子进行了检测,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:Heavy metal ions have great hazard to human. The development of low-cost, mass-produced electrochemical sensors based on screen-printing technology have attracted considerable attention in recent years. We fabricated the Screen-printed carbon electrodes(SPCE) and realized the simultaneous detection of heavy metal ions(Cu,Pb,Zn) complied with the use of differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry(DPASV) and optimized the detection conditions. The electrodes have satisfying sensitivity and precision, the detectable concentration reaches ppb level. We detected the ions in polluted water and got good result.
