摘    要:基于线阵CCD的振动非接触测量原理并结合了可编程逻辑器件(FPGA/CPLD)技术和增强行并口(EPP)技术设计出一种轨道振动测量仪.测量仪安装在铁轨上和路基上,由高灵敏度线阵CCD1206,光源,和地面微机处理系统等组成,选用ALTER的CPLD器件EPM7128作为硬件设计载体.该测量仪具有稳定可靠,检测速度快,数据准确率高等特点.该仪器的振幅测量范围为0.1~200 mm,测量精度优于0.1 mm.

Abstract:We design a kind of automatic non-contact measurement of railway track vibration device , which bases on the principle of linear Array CCD sensor and uses the technology of FPGA/CPLD and EPP. The device sets on the rail and roadbed. This system is composed of CCD device, lamp-house , computer and other aids. We use EPM7128 in the circuit. The device has the advantages of stable , quick testing and high resolution. The measure range of swing is 0. 1-200 mm,and the measure precision is 0. 1 mm.
