| 摘 要： | 在研究新型高浓度过氧化氢催化分解发动机和进行催化剂性能测试时,过氧化氢流量是计算催化剂床载荷,衡量过氧化氢分解效率的重要指标。在某新型发动机研究中,由于过氧化氢流量不足20g/s,再考虑到高浓度过氧化氢的特殊物化性质,因而无法找到合适的流量计进行流量测量。通过分析各类常用流量计性能特点,最终研制了一种基于热分布型质量流量测量原理的小流量高浓度过氧化氢流量计。它满足小流量测量、与过氧化氢直接接触的材料二级以上相容、流量计内部无阻流部件的要求,测量精度优于3%F.S。
