大型回转体转动惯量测量系统的设计

摘    要:以大型回转体为被测对象,设计了一套转动惯量测量系统。利用扭摆机构、光电传感器获得系统的振荡频率,在对系统阻尼影响分析的基础上,得出转动惯量与振荡频率的关系式。详细介绍了系统组成,对测量系统的工作机理和测量精度进行了分析,最后给出具体算例;结果表明满量程测试精度优于1%,可实现对大型回转体的转动惯量的精确测量。

Abstract:A moment of inertia testing system is designed,which takes the large spheroid as the measuring object.The oscillation frequency can be calculated by oscillated mechanism and photoelectric sensor.By analyzing the system damp,the relation between moment of inertia and oscillation frequency is given.The measuring method is presented and engineering errors are analyzed,and several key aspects in design are also concluded.Engineering results demonstrate that measurement error is less than 1%.The research may be ...
