摘    要:介绍了高温测量中传统温度传感器的缺陷,提出了一种新型的非金属温度传感器--石墨纤维热电偶,并对该传感器的特性、加工方式、应用环境进行了分析.设计了温度传感器的放大、滤波、模数转换、数字化处理的硬件电路,并采用分段曲线拟合方法对传感器的非线性进行了校正,从而使传感器在较大的测量区间内具有良好的可靠性.从理论上分析,该传感器测量温度高达3000℃以上,解决了高温环境下钢水温度的连续测量问题.

Abstract:The limitat io n of t radit ional temperature sensor in hig h temper ature measurement is intr oduced. A new nonmetal temperatur e sensor ?? ?? ?? g raphite f ibre thermo elect ric couple is put forw ard, and the character ist ic of sensor, machining manner, and applicatio n env ironment are presented. T he hardw are circuit o f sensor including mag nifying, f iltering, analo g to digital t ransducer and digital processing are designed. T he method of subsectio n curve dr af t ing is adopted to correct the non- linearity of sensor. So the sensor has w ell r eliability in larg er temperature detect ion area. From the theoret ical standpoint , the measurement temperature of the sensor is up to 3 000 , so the cont inual measurement for molten steel temperature is possible.
