摘    要:提出一种新型叶尖定时信号高精度处理方法。采用固定频率脉冲填充方法,并基于CPLD、FIFO、EPP的融合技术,实现10ns的叶尖定时分辩力。利用CPLD设计了24位高速同步计数锁存电路,引入光通信用放大芯片设计了高灵敏度、宽频带光电接收预处理电路,并设计了高速EPP接口电路及软件。在实验室条件下对处理系统进行了功能验证,实验证明该系统可以实现0.4μw的弱光检测。

Abstract:A new accurate processing technique for tip??timing signal is proposed. The fixed frequency pulse f illing method, and the combination of CPLD, FIFO and EPP are adopted to realize 10 ns tip??timing accuracy. CPLD is used for design 24 bit high??speed synchronized counter and latch circuit ; the preamplifer and postamplifier are used for design high sensitivity, large bandwidth photoelectric receiver. In addition, EPP interface circuit and corresponding software de?? sign are provided. The processing system are proved under the laboratory condition, and the result of experiments indicate that the system can realize the detection of weak light as low as 0??4 ??W.
