基于1451协议的传统与智能传感器的即插即用

摘    要:针对目前国内正在大量使用的传统传感器以及实现智能检测的需求,基于智能化、网络化的设计思想,借助IEEE1451智能变送器接口标准、网络技术和DSP及ARM 和HPI技术,介绍了智能传感器控制系统前端的软硬件构成,研究并建立了本智能网络化传统传感器智能化检测系统.实现了基于1451协议的远程与本地传感器数据采集系统的设计.试验表明该系统可以实现经改造的传统传感器与智能传感器的即插即用.

Abstract:In consideration of the domestic demand of widely-used traditional transducers and the realization of intelligent measurement, this paper introduces the software and hardware make of the smart transducer interface for control system, and researches and establishes this intelligent measurement system of smart network-based traditional transducer, based on the intelligent and network-based designing idea and by incorporating IEEE1451 standards for a smart transducer interface, network technology, DSP, ARM and HPI technology. We therefore accomplished the design of a data collecting system for remote and local transducers based on IEEE1451 standards. The experiment indicated that this system can realize instant plug-and-play of traditional and smart transducers after being restructured.
