摘    要:用于检测生物毒性的一种新型的快速检测仪,适合各种有毒化合物如废水、沥青液、化工原料、土壤、海洋中受污染区域的生物毒性的测定.重点阐述了基于发光细菌检测法的仪器设计原理及其关键技术.光电倍增管作为光电检测器,测定加入发光细菌样品的发光强度;光路补偿器校正有颜色、含悬浮物样品对发光细菌发光强度的干扰.实现了生物毒性的快速、准确的测量.

Abstract:A kind of new-type fast tester of biological toxicity is introduced. This instrument is suitable for detecting biological toxicity of various toxicant, such as in the area polluted by waste water, bitumen, chemical, material and in the ocean by aquatic toxicity. The instrument design principle on the basis of detecting the emitting-light of the bacterium and the key technology of the designing requirement and the testing method are explained. Photmultiplier tube as photoelectricity detecting apparatus determines light intensity of sample doped photobacterium. The light intensity of photobecteria in the sample disturbed by the suspenders in container or other light color is proofread with light route compensator. Thus, exact monitoring and fast testing of biological toxicity is actualized.
