葡萄糖传感针及其在体测量的初步研究

摘    要:本文报道了一种葡萄糖传感针的研制及它对大鼠在体测量的初步应用.该传感针基于将葡萄糖氧化酶固定在外径0.4mm不锈钢针管尖端,内用pH敏感针指示酶反应产生的pH变化.本传感针的结构设计与加工工艺系首次报道,可用于在体传感与针刺治疗.测定时间约3min,线性范围1~13mmol,使用寿命达30d以上,重现性及稳定性均较好,该针巳能够用于大白鼠肌肉内葡萄糖浓度变化的动态观察.

Abstract:The design and preparation of a glucose sensing needle for in vivo applicationof rats are reported in this article.The pH change produced, during oxidizing of glucose by GOD immobilized on thetip of a stainless steel needle (0. 4mm o. d. ), The design and fabrication of such a needleare first reported. The glucose sensing needle is not only suitable for in vivo traditionalmedicine.Chief characteristics of the biosensor:detection time 3 min; linear range 1~13 mol;lifetime more than one month.The application of the sensing needle to monitor the change of glucose concentrationin rat's muocular tissue was carried out.
