摘    要:根据CAN(Controller Area Network)总线国际标准协议(ISO11898)完成了一款应用于无线传感器节点的集成CAN总线芯片设计,提高无线传感器节点的集成度与可靠性.采用混合信号集成电路设计技术实现了CAN总线控制器芯片与收发器芯片的集成,最终采用Global Foundry的0.35 μm CMOS工艺进行设计并流片,芯片面积为4 mm2.芯片测试结果表明,该芯片设计符合标准协议规定,通信速度最高为1 Mbyte/s,与商用CAN总线通信芯片正确通信,可方便地应用到无线传感器CAN总线通信系统中.

Abstract:Anintegratedcontroller area network(CAN)buschip based on international standard protocol(ISO11898)has been implemented for wireless sensor nodesand improved its integration and reliability.Theintegrated CAN bus chip including a bus controller and a transceiver,whose size was only 4 mm2,was designed by mixed signal integrated circuit design technology and fabricated in Global Foundry 0.35 μm CMOS process.The test resultsshow thatthe integrated CAN bus chipconforms to the standard protocol and it can communicate correctly with commercial CAN bus communication chip with the maximum speed of 1 Mbyte/s.Therefore,it can be applied to the wireless sensor CAN bus communication system conveniently.
