电泳芯片跑道效应CFD软件仿真与优化设计

摘    要:介绍了CFDRC软件的特点,利用该仿真软件以数值模拟的方式,对于弯沟道电泳芯片的跑道效应进行仿真,给出优化设计模型,分析导致电场集中的原因,探讨解决方式,研究结果为电泳芯片的实用化奠定了基础.

Abstract:The characteristics of CFDRC software is introduced . With this simulation tool, the process of track effect on the microchip electrophoresis is simulated, and the optimized design model is proposed, then the reason that caused the electric field concentration is analyzed. Finally, this paper find a solution to overcome the track effect. All these research results are laid a strong foundation for the microchip electrophoresis to put into practice.
