摘    要:利用传感器技术对农用运输车综合性能进行全自动检测,可大大提高农用运输车的安全性能.针对实际需要,本文利用传感技术对农用运输车转速、扭矩、油耗、制动力、轴重等五项综合性能的自动化检测进行了硬软件系统设计和相应的对比试验.试验结果表明,该检测系统精度高,检测误差均在5%以内,完全适宜于农用运输车综合性能的自动化在线检测.

Abstract:The efficiency and safety performance can be greatly improved by comprehensive performance test and analysis of farming vehicle. A comprehensive measurement and experiment system was developed based on sensing technology which is capable of measuring rotation speed, braking torque, braking power, specific fuel consumption and axis weight of farming vehicle. The measurement and data collection were processed automatically under the control of Single Chip Micro system. Tests and experiments show that the system has a good precision and full function and may easily be applied to automatically testing the comprehensive performance on line.
