四象限光电探测器象限间一致性测量方法

摘    要:将四象限光电探测器应用于目标方位测量时,探测器四个象限的一致性至关重要.用日光灯灯光作光源测量四象限光电探测器象限间响应度一致性,此方法简单有效,容易实现,且能达到较高的精度.用此方法测量了一个GT111四象限光电探测器,其象限间响应度一致性>82%,测得的结果显示GT111四象限光电探测器具有较好的象限间响应度一致性.

Abstract:The detector's coherence between four quadrants is very important for applying a quadrant photo detector in object position-sensitive detecting.A method is described to measure the response coherence between the four quadrants of a quadrant photo detector by using fluorescent lamp.This method is simple and easy to be realized.A preferably precise result of the response coherence can be obtained by the method.A GT111 quadrant photo detector was measured using this method and coherence better than 82% was obtained.The result reveals that the GT111 has good response coherence between the four quadrants.
