摘    要:在漏磁无损检测中,传感器的提离值是影响检测信号大小的一项重要因素.文章在使用ANSYS软件仿真得到漏磁场数据的基础上,结合磁偶极子模型和粒子群优化算法提出一种对霍尔传感器提离值的快速估计方法,并研究了磁化条件及缺陷大小对估计精度的影响.仿真结果表明:提离值的估计误差能达到5%,仿真时间仅2秒,为漏磁检测的实际应用提供了有效的分析方法.

Abstract:In magnetic flux leakage (MFL) nondestructive testing, the magnetic leakage field intensity is severely influenced by the lift-off value. Base on the MFL signal which simulated by the ANSYS software, a fast method according to the magnetic dipole model and particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed for estimating the Hall sensor lift-off value in this article. The influence of magnetic conditions and crack size has also been investigated. The simulation results show that the error of the lift-off value is about 5% and the simulation time is about 2s, which provides an effectiveness method for the application of MFL testing.
