液压阀用耐高压电涡流位移传感器的研究

摘    要:针对目前常用的液压阀电涡流位移传感器线性范围小,LVDT式位移传感器频响低的不足,提出一种新型耐高压电涡流位移传感器,介绍了其结构和工作原理,建立了数学模型,利用二维有限元仿真工具进行了仿真分析;实验数据与仿真数据吻合,验证了数学模型,实验数据表明该位移传感器具有良好的线性度、较宽的工作量程,可有效应用于高压环境下阀芯或液压缸活塞的位置检测.

Abstract:Because of the limited operating stroke of eddy current sensor and low frequency response of LVDT for electrohydraulic valves, this paper presents a novel eddy current displacement sensor for high-pressure applications. Its structure and operation were introduced, and the mathematic model was established. Based on 2-D axisymmetric finite element approach, an analysis was given. The experiments were carried out with the measured results which agree well with the simulated; and the results show that the sensor has good linearity, wide operating stroke, and can be suitable for detecting the position of spools or pistons of hydraulic cylinders under high pressure.
