基于ZigBee的棉花加工设备监控系统研究

摘    要:根据目前棉花加工行业的设备工况监控粗放的现状,本着低成本、高可靠性的原则,创新性地将ZigBee无线通信技术应用于棉花加工设备工况监控系统中,以监控加工设备的工作电压、电流、温度以及压力等参数,保障设备运行安全。简单介绍当今棉花加工业监控设备的现状和ZigBee技术的特点;详细介绍了棉花加工设备监控系统的总体架构、ZigBee网络拓扑原理、工况参数的采集和处理技术、嵌入式软件流程以及管理软件功能,最后以现场测试结果验证了监控系统的可靠性。

Abstract:ZigBee has been applied to the monitoring and control system for the condition of cotton processing equipment.The ZigBee in the cotton processing equipment is used to support the movement security by monitoring the processing equipment’s working dynamic parameter such as voltage,electric current,temperature and so on.The present working condition of the monitoring equipment and the characteristic of ZigBee technology are introduced simply and the system design of monitoring and control system for the equipment of cotton processing,the network structure of ZigBee,the acquisition and process of dynamic parameter,the embedded software flow as well as the management software function are introduced in detail.
