| Abstract: | This paper introduces the desig n as well as the implementation of the Intellig ent Hand -held Operator with LCD and functioning fast in telecommunication.It also raises a simple yet effective method to implement the Dual integ ration ADC which turns out to be practical in work,thus having some nice properties such as functionality,reliability,hig h ratio of function to price etc. |
