| 摘 要： | 介绍在低温测量监控中,DCS系统如何利用线性化器对温度信号直接采集和监控的方法,给出了该方法的原理结构图,并给出了在DCS中的组态模块.实验证明该方法硬件连接比较简单,精度较高,反映灵敏,值得在深低温测量中推广使用.

Application of Linearization in Cryogenic Measurement |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces how to use linearization to directly sample and monitor the signal of temperature by DCS in the cryogenic measurement monitoring.The principle structure drawing of this method is provided,then lead to configuration module in DCS.The experiment had proven that the method hardware connection was quite simple,precision highly,reflected sensitively.The model is worth promoting use in the deep cryogenic measurement. |
