移载式磁导航AGV关键技术研究

摘    要:随着物流自动化技术的快速发展,自动导引车(AGV)作为其必要的自动化搬运装卸手段,应用领域和技术水平也得到了长足的发展。根据磁导航AGV技术特点,结合射频识别技术,研制了一款基于射频识别技术的磁导航AGV,且在其上设计了一款侧叉式升降移载平台。并以此为基础介绍移载式磁导航AGV的相关关键技术。

Research on Key Technology of Magnetics Loading Automated Guided Vehicle
Abstract:Along with the fast development of logistics automation,the application field and technical level of automated guided vehicle which is an essential part of the logistics automation,has made great progress.According to the characteristics of magnetic navigation,combined with radio frequency identification,this paper develops a magnetic automated guided vehicle which based on radio frequency identification,and designs a side fork-lift load transfer on it.On this basis,this paper intro- duces some key technologies of magnetic loading automated guided vehicle.
