微型切割机中数控系统的开发

摘    要:针对微型切割机的工作特点和技术指标,介绍了一种以DSP为核心的专用数控系统的设计与开发.着重介绍了由TI公司TMS320LF2407芯片和Altera公司EP1K30芯片组成的运动控制模块,以及由CYPRESS公司SL811HS型USB主控芯片构成的人机通讯设备的软、硬件实现,讨论了位置半闲环交流伺服系统的设计,为切割机生产商实现数控系统的国产化供了一个经济实用的解决方案.

Abstract:In view of the characteristics and requirements of the minitype cutting machine,this paper introduces the design of numerical control system based on DSP.Especially,we introduce how to use TMS320LF2407 and EP1K30 to realize motion control and SL811HS is designed for the communication.We also discuss the design for position control mode of half closed loop system in AC servo.And a practical scheme is provided for cutting machine manufactories to use the homemade numerical control system.
