摘    要:在振动表面结构声辐射原理的基础上,根据振动与噪声的相关性,提出了一种通过振动信号检测设备噪声的具体实现方法。并以涡旋压缩机为对象,利用实验的方式获取了压缩机振动—噪声经验公式,经测点简化后,得到适用于生产现场的快速、准确的压缩机噪声检测方案。

Measureing Noise of Scroll Compressor Based on Structure Acoustic Radiation
Abstract:Based on the principle structure acoustic radiation of vibration surface,a specific method that detect the noise of equipment through measuring the vibration signals is put forward,according to the correlation between vibration and noise.And a vibration—noise empirical formula of scroll compressor is obtained by the way of experiment.Then,a speedy and accurate noise detection programme of scroll compressor is carried out,after simplifying measuring points,and it can be applied in the production field.
