Typical Application of Batch Control for Domestic DCS in Fine Chemical Industry

With the development of intelligent manufacturing in various production industries,batch mass production equipment in the fine chemical industry face urgent production control and management upgrade,any companies hope to achieve better batch management and control on the basis of DCS,then realize the integration of production management and control.This paper introduces an implementation method of batch control system based on domestic DCS brand,and illustrates its effort in the emulsion industry with the case.As a result,the factory's workshop management level significantly improved,the yield tends to be stable,and the quality batch deviation is effectively controlled.
