摘    要:针对多植保无人机在大面积作业区域下的任务分配问题,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的多植保无人机任务分配方法,以提高其协同作业效率。结合任务分配的条件约束,建立以多植保无人机作业时间最小为目标的任务分配模型,并提出了一种改进的遗传算法,引入启发式初始化准则和自适应遗传算子,对问题进行求解。通过Matlab对150m×500m的农田进行仿真分析,验证了该算法的有效性。

Task Assignment of Multi-plant Protection UAVs Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
Abstract:A task assignment method of multi-plant protection UAVs based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed to improve its collaborative operation efficiency in this paper.Combined with the constraints of the task assignment,an optimization model with the minimum operation time of multiple plant protection UAVs is established,and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper.Heuristic initialization criteria and adaptive genetic operator are introduced to solve the problem.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the simulation results.
