摘    要:针对目前煤矿井下通信中日渐增多的带宽需求和通信要求,提出一种大功率多光口本安万兆交换机的设计方案。硬件电路由万兆交换电路、隔离电源模块、电源管控单元、DDM及光模块电路组成,软件设计基于嵌入式Linux操作系统。该多光口本安万兆交换机符合本安设计要求,适用于煤矿井下复杂恶劣的工作环境、支持万兆上行通讯或组成冗余环网,多个光口可依现场环境配置为万兆或千兆,具有很高的可靠性和实时性,满足井下工业以太网本安终端设备的数据传输要求。

A Design Scheme of High-power Multi-optical Port Intrinsically Safe 10-Gigabit Switch
Abstract:Aiming at the increasing bandwidth requirements and communication requirements in underground coal mine communication,a design method of a high-power multi-optical intrinsically safe 10 Gigabit switch is proposed in this paper.The hardware circuit consists of 10 Gigabit switching circuit,isolated power module,power management and control unit,DDM and optical module circuit.The software design is based on the embedded Linux operating system.This multi-optical intrinsically safe 10 Gigabit switch meets the design requirements of intrinsic safety,suitable for complex and harsh working environments in coal mines,supporting 10 Gigabit uplink communications or forming a redundant ring network.Multiple optical ports can be configured as 10 Gigabit or Gigabit,with high reliability and real-time performance,meets the data transmission requirements of underground industrial Ethernet intrinsically safe terminal equipment.
