| 摘 要： | 设计了基于三菱Q系列PLC以及InTouch的颗粒传送系统,提出自动颗粒传送系统的PLC程序设计方法,同时以InTouch为基础设计较为人性化的具有实时性的人机操作界面监控系统。主要阐述了上位机动态监视控制操作画面与下位机PLC数据处理系统结合,使得PLC的编程过程简单化从而使控制更为灵活,更使得PLC的功能得到拓展,其图形化交互式的人机界面,使操作更为简单。并具有实时及历史操作和报警记录。
