定量管物料流量稳定性控制系统改进

摘    要:为稳定定量管物料的流量控制,通过合理规划光栅的光路限位,优化高中低料位区间,设计多级进料输送带的变频控制系统。根据不同的料位区间设定相应的运转频率,并改进输送带启停逻辑控制,调整变频器加减速时间,降低了输送带启停频次,消除了叶丝主称改进前的频繁轻微断料情况,使物料输送连续、平稳,定量管填充及时,电子皮带秤对物料流量控制稳定性大幅提升。掺配主称流量标准偏差由10.69kg/h降低至2.38,Cpk值由1.02提高至2.15,掺配物的比例精度控制水平显著提升。

Abstract:In order to stabilize the flow control of the material in the quantitative tube,the frequency conversion control of the multi-stage feeding conveyor belt is designed by reasonably planning the optical path limit of the grating,optimizing the middle,high and low material level intervals in this paper,setting the corresponding operation frequency according to different material level intervals,improving the logic control of conveyor belt start and stop,adjusting the acceleration and deceleration time of the frequency converter,and reducing the frequency of conveyor belt start and stop.It eliminates the frequent and slight material breakage before the improvement of the main scale of cut tobacco,the material transportation is continuous and stable,the quantitative tube is filled in time,and the stability of the electronic belt scale in controlling the material flow is greatly improved.The standard deviation of the main mixing flow is reduced from 10.69 kg/h to 2.38,the Cpk value is increased from 1.02 to 2.15,and the proportion accuracy control level of the mixture is significantly improved.
